چکیده
In the experiment, laboratory studies were conducted to evaluate salt resistance of wheat samples. Different saline environments created in conditions (0.5, 1.0 and 1.5% concentration NaCe salt) seed germination soft varieties samples, length seedlings number roots determined. It was noted that Khumo, Taraqqiyot, Emir, Pervitsa, Rhapsody, Zimnitsa, Drujba are resistant strong salinity, samples with a fast root system more salinity. Uzbekistan rice farming scientific research institute Karakalpakstan branch Shurtanbai experience economy fields this 183 variety 13 selected after studying their tolerance. Saline soil Vegetation period 10-12 day short being accumulation drastic noticed. Salted grain shine gluten quantity quality sharp decreased gone determined..

Potassium induced salinity tolerance in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)
Water culture experiments were conducted to study the response of ten wheat genotypes to external K application (10 mmol KCI dm3) at seedling stage under saline condition (0 and 100 mmol NaCl dm3). The data showed that there was an increase in the shoot and root length with the application of external K. The increase was more pronounced under control than under saline conditions. The better per...
متن کاملThe Multifarious PGPR Serratia marcescens CDP-13 Augments Induced Systemic Resistance and Enhanced Salinity Tolerance of Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)
The present study demonstrates the plant growth promoting (PGP) potential of a bacterial isolate CDP-13 isolated from 'Capparis decidua' plant, and its ability to protect plants from the deleterious effect of biotic and abiotic stressors. Based on 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, the isolate was identified as Serratia marcescens. Among the PGP traits, the isolate was found to be positive for AC...
متن کاملThe wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) leaf proteome.
The wheat leaf proteome was mapped and partially characterized to function as a comparative template for future wheat research. In total, 404 proteins were visualized, and 277 of these were selected for analysis based on reproducibility and relative quantity. Using a combination of protein and expressed sequence tag database searching, 142 proteins were putatively identified with an identificat...
متن کاملExpression partitioning of homeologs and tandem duplications contribute to salt tolerance in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)
Salt stress dramatically reduces crop yield and quality, but the molecular mechanisms underlying salt tolerance remain largely unknown. To explore the wheat transcriptional response to salt stress, we performed high-throughput transcriptome sequencing of 10-day old wheat roots under normal condition and 6, 12, 24 and 48 h after salt stress (HASS) in both a salt-tolerant cultivar and salt-sensit...
متن کاملGrowth, photosynthetic activity and oxidative stress in wheat (Triticum aestivum) after exposure of lead to soil.
The present study was conducted to assess quantitative information about lead (Pb) contamination in soil on the growth and physiology of wheat. Solutions with three different concentrations of Pb as [Pb(NO3)2 at 500, 1000 and 2500 microM] were incorporated into the soil to achieve Pb-stressed conditions in comparison to unstressed, water treated, control variant. Wheat growth measured in terms ...
